PDMO seeks to lock in rates
The Public Debt Management Office (PDMO) will focus on issuing bonds with maturities in a range of five to 50 years for the next fiscal year, starting Oct 1, to lock in low interest rates, says Theeraj Athanavanich, a bond market adviser.
