Philippine shares lead Southeast Asia stocks
Most Southeast Asian stock markets closed higher on Thursday, with the Philippines posting its biggest gain in more than three weeks after the country’s much-awaited tax reform bill cleared a parliamentary hurdle on Wednesday.
